What: The Wastefulness of Worry is a CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) group for pregnant or postpartum women who want to shift their worry or anxiety. The six week group meets for an hour and a half once a week. CBT-IU is an effective therapy that focuses on challenging thoughts and behaviours that are common in people who worry. The group is structured with an assignment in between sessions with lot’s of time and space for the more fluid conversations.
