The Wastefulness of Worry is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy group for pregnant or postpartum women who want to shift their worry or anxiety. The six week group meets for an hour and a half once a week. CBT-IU is an effective therapy that focuses on challenging thoughts and behaviours that are common in people who worry. The group is structured with exercises for practice in between sessions. *Please note that the group is facilitated by a registered psychologist and therefore covered by insurance plans that cover psychological or counselling services. Fees are based on recommendations by the College of Alberta Psychologists.
