What: Five weeks of exploring what emotions are and how to manage them. Managing emotion is difficult at any point but especially when pregnant or postpartum. Many of us were never taught how to manage emotion. Some of us figured it out but can no longer cope the way we did before babies or pregnancy. Up your coping game with the support of other women. This group provides a number of tools and strategies to practice in between sessions. It runs once a week for an hour and a half.

Week One: Understanding Emotions

Week Two: Rules about emotions and self compassion.

Week Three: Expressing Emotion.

Week Four: Building positive emotions.

Week Five: Coping with painful emotions.
