What: Four weeks covering the basics of mindfulness. The group meets for an hour and a half once a week. Includes skills, in-session practice and discussion. Mindfulness is a helpful strategy for many different distressing experiences such as depression, anxiety, worry, fear, shame, guilt, stress, overwhelm, anger and self criticism.
