What: Four weeks looking at the basics of CBT therapy and how the therapy works. CBT is a well researched and supported therapy for a number of distressing experiences and often recommended by professionals. CBT 101 is helpful for people who are looking to have a skill set for challenging how they feel or those who are curious about CBT. The group runs once a week for an hour and a half. It is a structured group with tools and strategies to practice in between sessions.
