We are rooted in the belief

That our relationships to others, ourselves and our problems, are the roots of our wellbeing.

Where clinical psychology expertise is offered with warm humanity.

I am a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the field of psychology, including 14 years as a registered psychologist. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health concerns, relationship challenges, PTSD, and trauma, offering care informed by both extensive clinical experience and education.

I offer an open and welcoming space—whether you are adjusting to becoming a parent, carrying the emotional weight of your work, navigating anxiety or depression, recovering from a difficult experience, or simply managing the challenges of day-to-day life. I am passionate about guiding conversations that lead to a shared plan, one that weaves together your lived experience with what I have learned about how we, as humans, develop a subjective sense of being well.

My work is grounded in current research and includes trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR, parts-informed work (IFS-informed), and interventions that support nervous system regulation and connection to self and others. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you—building safety, strengthening resilience, and helping you reconnect with your preferred way of being.

Sincerely,

Kristin Romanoski, MC, R.Psych.

Services & Specialties

Families who are somewhere along their journey into parenthood. I have expertise through working on a clinical team to treat people with a whole breadth of perinatal mental health concerns. From postpartum depression, adjustment to a parenting role, anxiety, relationship issues, mental health prepping to have a baby, to more clinical presentations of postpartum psychosis and birth trauma. No concern is too big or small when it comes to finding wellness in this monumental life change.

Front line health care workers. I’m passionate about supporting our health care providers to help them manage the incredibly demanding roles in complex work environments. As a cancer survivor, I’ve had a front row seat to witness what our health care workers endure and have had my own life considerably impacted by their incredible capacity for care through adversity.

For both populations, the load is often heavy because of the demanding roles they carry. Both give constant care and energy to others, often without much in return. Both face high-pressure situations and the need to respond quickly. And when someone is balancing frontline work and parenting, the strain can be even greater.

I’m passionate about championing the people who hold our communities together — supporting those who support all of us.
